Panko, grated and toasted gluten-free bread, or almond flour with grated Parmesan cheese.
Tortillas for tacos.
Hass avocado.
Fresh or pickled jalapenos (if you like it extra spicy).
Cilantro.
Pickled onions.
Spicyblack garlic honey
Step by Step
First we will prepare the mixture in a bowl that will serve as a paste to bread the cauliflower.
Add the milk, flour, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper to the bowl, mix everything very well, set aside.
Place the panko or breadcrumbs on a flat plate and spread them over the plate.
Add the cauliflower to the bowl of flour and milk without saturating the bowl. Stir them well so that they are completely coated with the mixture.
Take a cauliflower floret to the panko plate, move it around, use a spoon to spread it around.
Put the breaded cauliflowers on a separate plate until you have finished with all the flowers.
Preheat the air fryer to 170-160 degrees for 2 minutes. If you have spry oil, spray the cauliflowers a little, or with the help of a brush, add a little ghee or avocado oil.
