Ingredients

Order it like this at the butcher shop:

  • 600 grams of shoulder blade or shoulder tip.
  • 200 grams of pork shoulder.
  • 100 grams of bacon without claw.

Ask for everything to be ground twice.

Ingredients to marinate the meat:

  • 3 black men crushed.
  • 1 tablespoon mustard.
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon black garlic honey.
  • 1 teaspoon liquid balsamic vinegar.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 small red onion, grated.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Pepper to taste.

Marinate for at least 15 minutes before assembling the burgers. You don't need egg or flour.
