250 grams or 12-14 Creole potatoes, cut in half or into 4 pieces
1 branch of fresh rosemary
3 cloves ofblack garlic, chopped into small pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon ghee, avocado oil or whatever fat you cook with
Step by Step
Remove the rosemary leaves from the branch and chop them finely.
Preheat your air fryer or oven to 180-200 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the potatoes, rosemary, garlic, ghee, salt and pepper until the potatoes are well coated with all the ingredients.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden. Stir the potatoes halfway through so they brown well on all sides. Accompany it with some protein and salad or vegetables!
