Creole potatoes with black garlic

Ingredients

  • 250 grams or 12-14 Creole potatoes, cut in half or into 4 pieces
  • 1 branch of fresh rosemary
  • 3 cloves of black garlic, chopped into small pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon ghee, avocado oil or whatever fat you cook with

Step by Step

  • Remove the rosemary leaves from the branch and chop them finely.
  • Preheat your air fryer or oven to 180-200 degrees.
  • In a bowl, mix the potatoes, rosemary, garlic, ghee, salt and pepper until the potatoes are well coated with all the ingredients.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden. Stir the potatoes halfway through so they brown well on all sides. Accompany it with some protein and salad or vegetables!
